Furthermore, in the wake of the pandemic and the continued prominence of remote working, technology has also become an increasingly important component of talent management and retention.

In fact, an analysis by ALM Intelligence has found that firms which place a greater emphasis on hardware and software offerings, the ability to support remote work arrangements, tech support and training capabilities, as well as how they use technology on behalf of clients, tend to score higher in overall associate satisfaction metrics.
