From slimmed-down rosters to more stringent selection criteria, legal panels have undergone an evolution in recent times. Never before has it been more competitive to secure a place on a company roster. Panel arrangements are becoming more defined, with general counsel (GC) mandating that firms demonstrate their value and purpose.
