Chadwick Ho, part of the leadership that launched the streaming service Hulu in 2007, is taking the legal reins of Lumen Technologies, an old-line telecom that has refashioned itself into a broadband provider for the masses.

Ho served as general counsel of Santa Monica, California-based Hulu from 2007 to 2021, a span that included multiple transactions among the media giants that owned it. After The Walt Disney Co. gained control of the business, he jumped to the House of Mouse, where he spent a year as associate general counsel.
