Every in-house counsel has been there, staring down the frustrating experience of managing an outside counsel relationship that just isn’t working. It can be emotionally exhausting. Nevertheless, difficult conversations must be had. But it need not be as painful as it seems.

Eager for practical advice, in-house attorneys convened Wednesday at the CLOC Global Institute conference in Las Vegas for a session led by Matt Rubbelke, a senior associate in vendor strategy and governance management at Google, titled: “Can We Talk? How To Have Difficult Conversations With Your OC.”
