Harris County District Judge Ursula Hall was given a public reprimand for not making timely rulings.
Both the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals noted an unusual number of mandamus writs coming from her court.
Hall blamed the county district clerk, the courts of appeals, and political enemies who are trying to remove her.

Harris County 165th District Court Judge Ursula Hall received a second sanction by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

The commission met the first week of April to consider complaints about Judge Hall.
