Three months into her new role as director of equity, inclusion, and belonging, Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott’s Danielle Mundekis has created an Inclusion Council, setting forth the goals of diversifying recruiting efforts, increasing retention and developing a direct pathway for attorneys to connect with leadership regarding diversity and inclusion concerns.

The Council, headed by CEO Tim Hudak, is composed of seven voting members, who are typically involved in the firm’s management and have more influence over policy matters, and 10 non-voting members, which include a variety of attorneys and staff members from across the firm’s offices.
