A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday put an end to a Philadelphia-based women-owned firm’s lawsuit accusing Kleinbard of breaching contracts after using its diversity status to secure legal work with Pennsylvania’s Office of General Counsel.

U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond concluded that plaintiff Griesing Mazzeo Law had only served as a subcontractor on one of Kleinbard’s contracts with the state and that the OGC had properly determined the firm’s payment for that work.
